Getting your profile to look its best takes a little bit of work, but don’t worry – we’ve compiled our top tips to help you skyrocket your match rate!
Get snap happy
Using the right amount of profile photos is the first step in getting your Badoo profile in good shape. After all, there’s nothing worse than coming across a really interesting bio, only to find that the only photo the person has is one grainy selfie. Using six profile pictures allows potential matches to really see what you’re all about. Generally, it’s good to include a couple of clear photos of your face and body (not just group shots!), but you can also use the opportunity to show your personality. Don’t leave your bio blank

In the #interests section, you can note down your favourite movies, or show whether you’re more into coffee or red wine. Add as many as apply, and then use the Encounters section to find like-minded people and get sparks flying.
Mix it up
You can change things up at any time by clicking the ‘edit profile’ button when viewing your own profile. If you discover a new TV show you’re obsessed with, put it in your #interests section to chat to people who love it too. Or if you’ve managed to take a killer selfie in good lighting thanks to a sunny day, upload it! You might discover that you’re only interested in casual dating, or find yourself looking for a more serious relationship - just edit your profile to let your potential matches know and you’re good to go.
