New York Fashion Week. Part 1- Fashion... by Natasha

Arrived in New York, took a couple of hours to unpack and then headed to Rodnik's "guestlist now closed" fashion show at trendy NY hotspot, The Box. After a lot of posing on the sidewalk, we headed inside.
Incredible venue, very dramatic. It was a great choice for this particular fashion show as alongside the models, Rodnik performed their songs on stage.

The party was also celebrating the launch of the new fashion mag IQONS, tipped to be hot for 2008.

NY Post says "I stopped by the Box to see the Rodnik show. The clothes were cute and straightforward, but I thought the scene was fun, especially how the models looked. I mean, they can’t dance. It’s questionable if they can even walk. But the long hair, bangs and dark eyes is always English and appealing."

Vogue Online says "The fun got literal at Rodnik's show at theatre-turned club The Box, where designers Richard Ascott and Philip Colbert performed live on stage.."

I went to Behnaz Sarafpour the next day which was also a great show. New York has definitely got the fashion buzz on at the moment!
